
Italian courses in Rome
Standard Italian Courses
These are group courses which last between 2 and 4 weeks and are aimed at people who need to learn the
language quickly. The attendance is of 4 lessons daily or 20 lessons a week. Minimum 6 students per class.
Evening Italian courses
These are aimed at all foreigners who work in Italy and need an extended course which will enable them
to learn basic Italian. The attendance is of 2 hours a day, 3 times a week. The duration of this course
is 10 weeks. Minimum 6 students per class.
Summer Italian courses - June, July, August
These general courses of Italian in Rome are specially designed to suit those who come from abroad for a study
vacation. The courses take place 5 times a week with 4 lessons a day. Minimum 6 students per class.

Preparation Courses for the CILS Exam
The CILS - Certificate of Italian as a foreign language is the official title which establishes the
communication level of Italian as a foreign language. The CILS certificate is awarded by the University
for Foreigners in Siena and is recognised by the Italian State.
Our institute organises specific preparation courses aimed at practising the 5 skills to be tested in the CILS examination:
- LISTENING
- READING COMPREHENSION
- STRUCTURES
- WRITTEN
- ORAL
The examination can also be done in Rome in June and in December. Minimum 6 students per class
Semi – individual Italian courses in Rome(2 o 3 students)
These courses are aimed at people who work all day and need to learn Italian. The duration of the course
varies from 30 to 90 hours and takes place 2 or 3 times a week. There are 2 or 3 students per class.
2 students per class - lesson duration: 60 min.
Individual Italian courses in Rome
Our students can have a personal tutor with whom they will be able to arrange lesson times - lesson
duration: 60 min.
